1. What we agree to do
We provide the services described in your written quote or enrolment confirmation. Those documents, together with these terms, form the contract. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of a place at any institution.
2. No guarantee of outcome
Admissions, grading, funding and immigration decisions are made by third parties. We do not guarantee an offer, a grade, a scholarship, a visa or any other outcome, and no member of staff is authorised to give such a guarantee.
3. Academic integrity
We do not write applications, assignments, statements or proposals on your behalf. We provide guidance, feedback and review on work you have written. Submitting work that is not your own may void an offer or lead to withdrawal from a course.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are as published or as quoted, in GBP. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. Instalment plans are available on items over £400. Places on taught courses are confirmed on receipt of the first payment.
Card payments are collected on our behalf by our payment provider. Your contract for the services themselves is with Aston University, and enquiries about a booking, a refund or a cancellation should come to us rather than to them.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, unless delivery has started at your request.
- Where work has started, we refund the fee attributable to stages not yet begun.
- Missed 1:1 sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are chargeable.
- If we cancel a course for insufficient numbers, you receive a full refund or a transfer to the next intake, at your choice.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about grades and qualifications, to meet the deadlines in your task plan, and to submit your own applications. We cannot be responsible for a missed deadline where requested material was not supplied in time.
7. Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
