How it works

Four stages, fixed at the start

The sequence below is the actual order of work for an application package — each stage has to finish before the next one starts, and you are told at stage one what each will cost.

Stage 01

Discovery call

Twenty minutes, no charge. We look at grades to date, budget, target intake and whether we are the right fit.

Stage 02

Shortlist & plan

A written shortlist of five to eight courses with entry requirements, fees and deadlines, plus a dated task plan.

Stage 03

Application build

Drafting and review cycles on the statement or proposal, reference coordination, and submission checks before you send.

Stage 04

Offers & enrolment

Offer comparison, condition tracking, interview practice where needed, and a handover checklist for enrolment week.

Fees

Published prices, no commission on student fees

Every package and course price is on the site. We charge the student or the institution directly and we do not take a recruitment commission from any university for placing a UK-domiciled applicant.

Success stories

What students say

I had five drafts of a personal statement that all said the same thing. My adviser made me cut the first two paragraphs and write about the lab placement instead. That version got the interview.
Hana R.BSc Biomedical Science applicant, Greater Manchester
The research proposal support was the useful part. Ten weeks of turning a vague idea about supply chains into a two-page proposal with a method section I could actually defend.
Olumide A.MSc Logistics applicant, Lagos
We brought Aston in to moderate assessment on two new modules. The report was blunt about our rubric wording, which is exactly what we paid for.
