Service 01 · Undergraduate

Undergraduate programme support

For applicants in Year 13, on a BTEC or access course, or applying as a mature student. Built around the UCAS cycle: October for early deadlines, mid-January for the main equal-consideration deadline, then Extra and Clearing.

Shortlisting

  • Five to eight courses matched to predicted grades and tariff points
  • Entry requirements and contextual offers quoted in full
  • Realistic, matched and insurance choices identified separately

The application

  • UCAS Hub walkthrough and section-by-section checks
  • Personal statement development across the three question prompts
  • Reference chasing with your school or college

After you apply

  • Offer comparison and firm/insurance decision support
  • Interview and admissions-test practice where the course requires it
  • Clearing cover through results week in August
Service 02 · Postgraduate

Postgraduate programme support

Taught Master's, MRes and doctoral applications. Research applications are a different job from taught ones — the proposal and the supervisor relationship carry most of the weight, so most of our time goes there.

Taught Master's

  • Programme comparison by module list, not by ranking
  • Personal statement and CV rewrite for academic audiences
  • Conversion-course routes where your first degree is in another field

Research degrees

  • Two-page proposal: question, method, feasibility, contribution
  • Supervisor identification and approach-email drafting
  • Ethics and data-access issues flagged before you submit

Funding

  • UKRI doctoral training partnership and studentship timelines
  • Departmental scholarship and bursary searches
  • Postgraduate loan eligibility explained, not applied for on your behalf

Service 05 · Admissions

Admissions and enrolment support

The administrative half of an application, which is where offers are most often lost. We track conditions and documents; we do not advise on immigration.

Document readiness

  • Transcript, certificate and translation checklists
  • English language evidence matched to each offer's wording
  • Reference and employer-letter formats

Condition tracking

  • A dated tracker of every condition on every offer
  • Reminders ahead of each institutional deadline
  • Escalation drafts if an admissions office goes quiet

Enrolment week

  • Registration, ID and fee-payment checklists
  • Accommodation and arrival timing guidance
  • Referral to IAA-regulated advisers for any visa question
Immigration advice Aston Education Services is not regulated to give immigration advice. We can explain what a university's own documents require, and we will refer anything beyond that to an adviser regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority.
Service 06 · Progression

Career and progression guidance

What comes after the course: further study, placement years, or the first graduate application. Sold as single sessions rather than packages, because most people need one conversation rather than six.

Further study routes

Undergraduate to Master's, Master's to PhD, and the integrated routes that skip a step.

Placements

Sandwich-year planning, application timelines and what a placement does to your final-year workload.

Graduate applications

CV and covering-letter review for graduate schemes, plus competency-interview practice.
