Frequently asked

Questions we answer every week

Do you guarantee I will get an offer?
No, and no legitimate adviser will. Admissions decisions belong to the university. We are paid for shortlisting, drafting support, document work and deadline management — the things that are within our control. If an offer is unlikely on your current grades, we will say so at the discovery call rather than after you have paid.
Will you write my personal statement for me?
No. Universities treat submitted work that is not your own as misconduct, and it can void an offer after enrolment. We interview you, help you find the material worth including, comment on your drafts and tell you when a paragraph is not working. The words stay yours.
Which universities are you partnered with?
We list only institutions we hold a current written agreement with, because implying an affiliation that does not exist is one of the most common breaches of the Agent Quality Framework. Where no partnership is named on this site, none is in place. When one is agreed it appears here with the date it started.
Can you help with my student visa?
We can explain what your university's own paperwork asks for — deposit receipts, English evidence, the documents behind a CAS. We cannot advise on your immigration application itself, because that is regulated work. We refer those questions to an adviser regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority and we do not charge a referral fee.
How are fees paid, and can I spread them?
By bank transfer or card, against an invoice. Courses and packages over £400 can be split into two or three instalments, with the first due before teaching or drafting starts. Packages are cancellable within 14 days of purchase for a full refund unless work has already begun, in which case we refund the unstarted stages.
Do you work with students outside the UK?
Yes. Roughly half of postgraduate enquiries come from outside the UK and all advisory work can run online, scheduled to your time zone. Taught courses are available online except the A-level sciences and foundation mathematics programmes, which are taught in Stockport.
What happens to my documents after my application?
Application documents are held for 24 months after your last contact, then deleted. Enquiry records are held for 12 months. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or for deletion, at any time by emailing the address in the privacy policy, and we respond within one calendar month.

The January intake is not a consolation prize

Your proposal does not need a literature review
