Card You will be taken to our payment provider, who collect card payments on behalf of Aston University, to enter your card details. No card number is entered on this website. Bank transfer We email an invoice with a payment reference. Payable within 14 days, or before the intake date if that comes sooner. Instalment plan Available on bookings over £400. First payment before teaching or drafting starts.

No payment is taken at this step. We confirm the place, send the invoice, and hold the place for seven days.

What happens next

Confirmation email

Sent immediately, with your booking reference and a copy of what you have booked.

Step 02

Invoice

Issued within one working day, payable by card link or transfer. Your place is held for seven days.

Step 03

Adviser or tutor assigned

You are introduced by email to the named person you will be working with.

Step 04

Start

Courses begin on the intake date. Advisory and tutoring bookings are scheduled with you directly.

Cancellation You may cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund unless delivery has started at your request. Where work has started, we refund the stages not yet begun. Full detail is in the terms of service.
